How do I sign up to get wholesale or trade pricing?
At the very bottom left of our website you can see a link to our 'Wholesale Registration', this link will take you to a form to fill out online. Once you submit this form you will receive an automatic email to confirm we have received your registration. You will receive a second email from our staff to confirm with you once your account has been made active.
Where is my order?
If your order has been paid in full we will dispatch your goods as soon as they are in stock. If your goods are out of stock, we will ship them as soon as they are restocked. Please know we automatically split orders to send you what is available immediately, if you do not wish for your order to be split please let us know.
When will my order ship?
We will ship within 3 business days for all goods in stock. Once the good are dispatched please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location (for Australian Domestic orders).
What if part of my order is on Backorder or Pre-Order?
If your goods are out of stock and show as Backorder or pre-order, this means goods are not available to ship right away and could still be in production, we will ship within 3 business days of them being restocked.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order because you have changed your mind we can happily offer you a store credit, but unfortunately we mostly operate on a made to order basis which means all orders are final.
